This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced change leader to bring their strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement skills, and analytical expertise to a complex, high-impact health environment. You will partner with business leaders and project teams to shape meaningful engagement strategies, assess organisational readiness, and guide benefits realisation efforts. With a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and end-user adoption, your work will help drive sustainable, impactful change and improve the delivery of pathology services that support the broader NSW Health system.
