About the role:
As the Administration Officer for the Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP), you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient delivery of client services. Your responsibilities will include coordinating appointments, managing documentation, processing invoices, and assisting with client transport—ensuring that vulnerable individuals receive timely and appropriate care. This fast-paced and detail-oriented position is well-suited to someone who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates effectively, and excels at managing competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

If This Sounds Like You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in administration, including coordinating services and processing invoices
- Demonstrates high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Can confidently use or learn hospital systems such as StaffLink, CHIME, IPM, and CM 5
- Is an effective communicator and liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams
- Can plan, prioritise, and manage a busy workload across multiple clients (up to 68 at a time)
- Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team

You’ll be part of a supportive administration and clinical team delivering person-centred care to older adults transitioning from hospital to home. We value clear communication, adaptability, and teamwork to ensure services run smoothly and clients receive the care they need.
