About the role
- Lead the delivery of high-quality podiatry services across a dynamic community and aged care setting
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to podiatry staff and students
- Play a pivotal role in strategic planning, financial oversight, and staff management
- Drive quality improvement initiatives aligned with national standards

About you
- Registered Podiatrist with AHPRA and extensive experience in both acute and community settings
- Advanced clinical skills in wound care, orthotics, casting, and high-risk foot management, including diabetes care
- Proven leadership in managing podiatry services, supervising staff, and driving service improvements
- Strong communication, time management, and digital literacy skills
- Committed to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and the mission and values of St Vincent's Health Australia
