Salary: $127,372.36 to $130,818.75 (pro-rata) base salary per annum

About the Role:
- Join a dynamic team leading the provision of quality care to clients of the Investigational Drugs Service for Cancer and Applied Medical Research units.
- Contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge international clinical trials, including innovative Phase 1 trials and local, investigator-led collaborative studies.
- Work at St Vincent's Hospital, a major clinical trials centre in Australia, providing access to ground breaking research areas such as HIV/immunology, heart and lung medicine/transplantation, neurology, alcohol and drug rehabilitation, and oncology/haematology.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of care and efficient patient management within the clinical trials environment.
- Participate in and contribute to high-level research initiatives, ensuring continuous advancement in clinical practice and patient outcomes.
- Foster an environment of innovation and excellence, supporting both patient care and research development.
About You:
- Registered as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no conditions on scope of practice and holding post-registration clinical or management/leadership qualifications or equivalent skills/experience.
- Availability for on-call and weekend work as per roster requirements.
- Significant experience and a high level of competence in providing clinical pharmacy services, including a strong understanding of oncology/haematology and clinical trials governance/regulatory principles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop high-quality written guidelines, procedures, educational, research, or business materials.
- Proven ability to effectively role model, champion teamwork, and manage and develop staff, both formally and informally.
- Demonstrated skills in managing a complex workload, problem-solving, and the development and implementation of initiatives.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
